After 10 years of yoga practice I was still struggling with two inner voices. One that still did not understand what yoga is all about and what the wider effects of yoga are, something that everyone else seemed to be talking about. The other inner voice was whispering to stick with it, as there is more to discover. I followed the second inner voice.

Becoming a Yoga & Meditation Teacher

The first yoga teacher training was a game changer as it introduced me to a wider range of aspects that changed my whole yoga journey. That time and the following teacher trainings, as well as training in Ayurveda and Bodywork have left their mark. I became kind of addicted to learning more about the human body, and subsequently also about the human mind. Several more trainings followed… and most probably will follow until my last breath.

Tantra Philosophy as game changer

With Yoga and Tantra philosophy I managed to calm down my monkey mind and learn to not worry all the time about the future. I chose to make use of my potentials and enjoy life to the fullest.

Becoming an Ayurveda Nutrition Coach

With ayurveda nutrition and health recommendations I managed to change some of my long-term imbalances. I took them for granted for many many years, as do probably most people. Until I realised that sleeping disorders, indigestions, experiencing coldness and dampness in the body, etc. is not necessarily something we are born with. It results from our eating and living habits. People who know me, know that I am passionate about cooking and eating.

Discovering the magic of bodywork

After my first massage as a university student, I was hooked. Later on I worked in a Thai Spa and had the chance to receive different treatments. Somehow, 10 years later I ended up falling even more in love with techniques I had firstly learned in Asia, Ayurveda massages and Thai-Yoga massage. It was just a question of time until the first training followed and I felt the need to not only receive, but also give this magic to others.

Creating a blissful and healthy body and mind

So what about creating some new habits and changes in one’s lifestyle that can lead to better physical and mental health? We can actively move, breathe, cook and eat according to our needs and passively enjoy bodywork.

By doing so we aim to uplift ourselves and make us feel better, in body and mind.
