Your personal practice should not be limited to your time on the mat. With a few hours of practice per week and a few weeks of consistent practice, you could develop a yoga routine that fits into your life and time schedule. Apparently, habits need a consistency of 40 day to be established.

The variety is abundant. We can work a more yang asana practices for you (more dynamic forms of yoga with emphasis on the muscles) and / or more of a yin asana practice (with emphasis on other tissues of the body and deeper forms of relaxation).

Classes always include breathing techniques and meditation. Currently, I offer private yoga classes in Vienna.

  • 1 session = 75 euros

  • 5-session pass = 355 euros

  • 10-session pass = 690 euros

90 min

  • 1 session = 90 euros

  • 5-session pass = 415 euros

  • 10-session pass = 810 euros

Prices for classes at home / studio. Subject to 20 % discount for online version.

​Semi-private yoga classes for up to 2-4 people can be organised upon request, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
