Why this 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna?

This 200-hour multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna combines Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga within a clearly structured, practice-oriented curriculum. The training offers not only a solid foundation in asana practice, but also covers sequencing, teaching methodology, functional anatomy, breathwork and meditation. Graduates receive an internationally recognised RYT-200 certification through Yoga Alliance and develop the competence to teach yoga responsibly and authentically.

The training is taught in English and intentionally limited to a small group of a maximum of 12 participants. This small group setting allows for individual guidance, personal feedback and real depth of learning. There is space for hands-on adjustments, questions and personal development processes—far removed from anonymous, large-scale teacher trainings.

The modular structure makes it possible to complete the training alongside professional or personal commitments over several months. The individual modules build on one another and create a solid foundation both for practitioners who wish to deepen their own practice and for those who want to pursue a professional path as a yoga teacher.

What is the 200-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training?

This 200-hour multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna provides a solid foundation in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. It is designed for those who wish to understand, practise and share yoga in a holistic and well-grounded way.

Hatha Yoga forms the methodological basis of all asana-based practices and establishes a clear understanding of alignment, stability and mindful execution. Building on this foundation, participants learn how to develop and teach dynamic Vinyasa sequences in an intelligent and purposeful way.

The integrated Yin Yoga module expands the training with a calm and introspective approach. Participants learn how long-held postures, mindfulness and deep relaxation can be consciously integrated into both personal practice and yoga teaching.

The training is taught in English, in a small group setting and within a supportive learning environment. It is suitable both for practitioners who wish to deepen their own practice and for those who aim to become certified yoga teachers (RYT-200).

Personal Guidance Instead of a Mass Format

This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna is intentionally led by only two experienced yoga teachers, each teaching in the areas in which they bring many years of personal practice and teaching experience. The training team is small—and this is a core part of the concept.

Rather than working with a large number of rotating teachers, the training offers continuity, clear didactic lines and a trusting learning environment. Participants are closely supported throughout the entire training, allowing individual development processes to become visible and to be supported in a targeted and meaningful way.

The training takes place in a genuine small-group setting. This allows for in-depth, personal feedback, particularly on home practice assignments, sequencing tasks and teaching practice. Many asanas are explored both collectively and individually, enabling body awareness, alignment and personal practice to deepen significantly over the five-month training period.

This format is designed for people who want to truly learn—not simply complete a certification. It is for those who value presence, quality and personal feedback, and who are looking for a training in which learning is allowed time, space and relationship.
