On island Evia in Greece

This five-day Flow & Yin Yoga Retreat 2026 takes place from September 28 to October 3, 2026, on the Greek island of Evia. The retreat is designed for experienced yoga practitioners who wish to deepen and refine their practice.

Yoga Retreat Greece 2026: Flow and Yin Yoga

Daily Practice – Yoga, Meditation & Conscious Integration

The daily practice forms the heart of this yoga retreat. It provides structure, depth, and a clear framework in which physical, mental, and emotional processes can be consciously experienced and integrated.

Info: Retreat participation is currently limited to 6 participants in order to ensure sufficient places for teacher training participants.

Morning Practice: Arriving in the Body

Each day begins with a mindful yoga practice, which may include Yin Yoga, slow yet dynamic Yang sequences, or meditative movement forms, depending on the focus. The intention is to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and create a stable foundation for the day. Breath awareness and slow transitions support presence and inner grounding.

Meditation & Breathwork

In addition to movement practice, guided meditations, breathing exercises, and periods of silence are integrated. These sessions cultivate clarity, self-awareness, and mental calm. The practice is accessible to experienced meditators and is clearly and safely guided.

Afternoon: Integration & Free Space

The afternoons intentionally offer space for integration, rest, and personal processes. Time for walks, reflection, journaling, or simply being is an essential part of the retreat concept. This free space supports sustainable integration beyond the yoga mat.

Evening Practice: Regeneration & Depth

The day concludes with a regenerative Yin Yoga practice—sometimes combined with elements of Yoga Nidra or silent meditation, as well as tools from nervous system work and TCM. These sessions support relaxation, regeneration, and a conscious transition into the night.

Who Is This Retreat For?

  • Practitioners with experience in dynamic yoga flows and Yin Yoga, as no beginner-level introduction is offered.

  • People who are willing to engage in intensive morning and evening practices and wish to deepen their practice.

  • Participants who prefer to experience yoga in a deep, meditative, and reflective way, rather than fast or performance-oriented.

Language

The language of instruction is German. For participants with limited German proficiency, additional support in English can be provided if needed.

She encountered Yin Yoga and Tantra Yoga many years ago and has continuously refined her teaching approach ever since. Her teaching focuses primarily on these gentle yoga styles, which she combines with breathwork and meditation. From the outside, these practices may appear subtle or unspectacular; however, practitioners often experience them as deeply powerful and, at times, challenging. They invite a turning inward, supporting relaxation, grounding and inner awareness.

Nikoleta has completed more than 800 hours of Yin Yoga training and is certified in Tantra Yoga and Meditation. Her passion for regenerative and relaxation-based practices is complemented by further training in Thai Yoga Bodywork, anatomy and the nervous system, and she is also a certified Ayurvedic nutrition consultant.
