Testimonials 100H Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Teacher Yin Yoga Teacher Training Vienna
Nikoleta enjoyed two Yin Yoga sessions during her first Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga training. Even then, it was clear that she would focus less on Vinyasa and more on Yin Yoga in the future.
Since then, she has completed two 300-hour Yin Yoga trainings with international teachers, both of whom studied under the godfather of Yin Yoga, Paul Grilley as well as further yin yoga trainings.
She has completed approximately 800 hours of Yin Yoga training, combined with meditation, TCM, and acupressure and somatic approaches for nervous system regulation. Over the years, she has taught hundreds of Yin Yoga classes, primarily in Vienna. She varies her Yin Yoga classes, focusing on either more physical challenges, mental focus, energy pathways, meditation, spirituality, etc.
